Our Story
Founded in 1999, Advanced Services Heating and Cooling started with just two employees working out of owner David Pinkerton’s home. Since then, our company has grown into one of the largest HVAC companies in Ross, Pike, Pickaway, Fayette, Jackson, and Scioto counties.
Now Advanced Services Heating and Cooling operates with 18 service and installation vehicles, several divisions of workers specializing in residential and commercial installation, a full-time sales staff, and a full fleet of factory-trained professional service technicians.
